Account Responsibilities:

• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or any behavior we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you create and post on our Platform
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our Platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post
• You must not post content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Platform Content:

• All platform features, designs, logos, and trademarks are owned by The Front Row
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission
• Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

DMCA Policy:

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your content has been used without permission, please contact us at dmca@thefrontrow.net.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

Illegal Activities:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international laws
• Promoting or engaging in illegal activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

Harmful Content:

• Posting hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Sharing sexually explicit content involving minors
• Promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Sharing graphic violence or disturbing content

Platform Abuse:

• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages
• Manipulating platform features or metrics
• Scraping or harvesting user data without permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Misuse of Services:

• Fraudulent transactions or payment disputes without cause
• Abuse of premium features or subscription services
• Circumventing paywalls or access restrictions

Subscription Services:

• Premium subscriptions provide access to exclusive content and features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial end

Payments and Billing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase Commerce
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Taxes may apply based on your location
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
• Digital purchases (videos, content) are generally non-refundable

E-Commerce Transactions:

• Product purchases are subject to separate return/refund policies
• Shipping and handling fees apply to physical products
• We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties

We strive to maintain a safe and respectful community. We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content
• Remove content that violates these Terms or community standards
• Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate our policies

Reporting Violations:

"AS IS" Service:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Front Row and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages resulting from user content or third-party actions

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Maximum Liability: $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Front Row, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you post or share on the Platform
• Your interactions with other users

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content not owned or controlled by us.

• We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices
• Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies
• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party offerings
• Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them

Examples of third-party integrations: Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase, WooCommerce, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram.

By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data Security:

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for:

• Enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Logging out from shared devices

Informal Dispute Resolution:

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at disputes@thefrontrow.net to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration:

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for:

• Small claims court matters
• Intellectual property disputes
• Claims for injunctive relief

Class Action Waiver:

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Front Row is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

International Users:

If you access our Service from outside our home jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some features may not be available in all regions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Notify you via email or platform notification for significant changes
• Post a notice on our platform for 30 days

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Front Row.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver:

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, internet failures, or government actions.
